Home to Northern Combat Martial Arts School & Preston Gladiators Academy, classes time table include instruction in Wing Chun, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Grappling Submission Tai Chi & MMA. Current students located around the area, bamber bridge, leyland, chorley, southport, blackpool, blackburn, lancaster.
Boasting the most well equipped full time martial arts facility in the area & professional instructors with over 60 years experience dedicated to arts. Facility includes matted area, bags, wooden dummies, 16ft boxing ring, tread mills, exercise bikes, rowing machine, weights, refreshments & the largest store in the area. We are dedicated to the promotion of Martial Arts & Health & Well-being development in the community.

What are " Ring King Tournaments"?
Competitions that use skill so that the students can enjoy the event. Maximise safety by minimising the risk of injury. Work as a network with other schools who want to develop a local network and titles for the regular every day student to have fun and the chance of winning a martial art competitions titles. Developing safer martial arts competitions is important and we encourage other clubs to get involved.
The different sections include, Light Continuous and Semi Contact Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, Grappling Submission & MMA.

Tai Chi, Xing-I and Pa-Kua are the three main Chinese Internal Arts which teach self-protection and help people lead healthy lives. Tai Chi in particular is renowned for its health benefits. You may already practice an Internal Art, you may have practiced one in the past or you may simply have wondered "What is Tai Chi and would I enjoy having a go at it?" Which category you are in, doesn't matter, simply come along and have some fun in aid of a good cause.
The events during the day, will be suitable for people of a basic normal fitness level who are between the age of 16 and 86 (or perhaps older). The Dome is a disabled friendly venue. On Sunday the 18th May 2008, at the University of Derby's Buxton campus in the magnificent Dome, you can come along and have a go at the Internal Martial and Health arts for FREE.
OK, so nothing is really free and this day is no different, you have to spend your time and energy having a great time and if you like, we will be accepting donations to raise money for the British Heart Foundation you can give nothing or you can give fifty thousand pounds, whatever you want and whatever you can afford.
